The Wonder Woman Program

A 3-5 year fellowship designed for young women aged 18-23 transitioning from Institutional Child Care to independent living. The program offers funding for higher education, safe housing assistance, financial literacy, career readiness and life-long mentorship.

Eligibility Criteria

Our ideal candidate is a woman 18+ from a Child Care Institution background and who is committed to higher education and career development.

Pavithra graduated with a B.A. degree through distance learning from Karnataka State Open University in February 2025 and has enrolled in a Master’s program in HR under the distance education program of KSOU. She currently works as Ground Staff at the airport. Known for her courage and resilience, she has faced many challenges with strength. In her free time, she enjoys singing and caring for stray animals.

Chanda has completed her final year B.A. in Journalism and has been admitted to the M.A. program in Mass Communication and Journalism at Reva University. She is passionate about becoming a TV news anchor and often spends her free time watching the news to stay informed and improve her skills. With leadership experience and a history of managing her own expenses through part-time work, she demonstrates maturity, initiative, and a clear focus on her goals.
